DAT Now Powers Punjab's Suthra Punjab Initiative

DAT has grown from a single-city deployment into the operational backbone for the Punjab government's Suthra Punjab initiative, now coordinating logistics across all eleven Waste Management Companies in the province. The expansion followed a shift in DAT's messaging infrastructure, moving from Apache Kafka to LavinMQ to handle the increased scale.

Daily event volume grew from roughly 50,000 to 500,000, and message publishing speeds improved substantially as a result of the migration. DAT's AI-driven anomaly detection engine, first deployed at the Lahore Waste Management Company, has reduced field-staff “ghosting” from roughly 14% to under 1%.

The Workforce OS platform is also now used by the Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company, and is currently being onboarded by the Directorate General of Archaeology, Punjab.

“LavinMQ has become the heartbeat of our system,” said Ahsan Nabi Dar, CTO and co-founder of DAT, describing how the platform now handles everything from message routing to province-wide HR processes.
